Returns

We spend months making each item the very best it can be, and hopefully, that means a bag that you’ll love! But in case you change your mind, items are eligible for refund when shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. International orders and sample sale items are final sales.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@kunkulture.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns & Refunds

Returns:

Domestic Orders: Items are eligible for refund within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Please purchase a shipping label from your preferred carrier.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging, and prior authorization is required for all returns. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items marked as final sale and sample sale are ineligible for return. Gift cards are final sale, and do not expire.

International Orders: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
